From field to jar. Tradition and full control
Wilkin & Sons is a brand with a heritage dating back to the 18th century. Much of the fruit and produce used in its recipes comes directly from the company’s own farms in Essex, England. The tomato ketchup is made with an exceptionally high tomato content, using 180 g of plum tomatoes per 100 g of finished ketchup. It is seasoned only with what is essential: sugar, wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and carefully selected spices.
Thanks to the high tomato content, the ketchup has a deep colour, a naturally thick texture and a rich, rounded flavour. There are no artificial additives or thickeners, making it a genuine alternative to mass-produced sauces.
