Description

Wilkin & Sons Cumberland Sauce is an exquisite British condiment that combines the intense flavor of red currants with fresh citrus notes of orange and lemon, the richness of port wine, and aromatic spices. Fruity sweetness, citrus acidity, and subtle spice create a harmonious complement to fine meats.

This sauce boasts a rich, fruit-and-spice character with a velvety consistency. Serve it chilled directly alongside your finished dish, or use it to enhance pan sauces, glazes, and marinades.
