Tomahawk Wagyu Australia | Tallawanta Wagyu | BMS 6–7

Tomahawk Wagyu F1 Tallawanta (Australia), BMS 6–7, grain-fed 400+ days. A bone-in steak with high marbling, designed for grilling or frying.

Description

Tomahawk Tallawanta Wagyu BMS 6–7 is the essence of a modern approach to premium beef—a combination of Japanese Wagyu genetics and Australian breeding precision.

It is a steak that provides the full Wagyu experience but in a more “steak-like,” intense form, with a distinct meat structure, deep flavor, and a perfect fat balance.

Why is Tallawanta unique? The Tallawanta farm originates from the New South Wales region in Australia (29°S / 149°E), where cattle are raised in a clean, natural environment and fed in a controlled manner for many months.

This is not accidental Wagyu. It is F1 Wagyu (a cross between Angus x Japanese Wagyu), which:

  • matures for 36–48 months,
  • is fed for over 400 days with selected grain-fed fodder,
  • develops marbling in a slow and natural way.

This gives us: stable quality, consistency, and the flavor profile expected by the best restaurants.

Flavor Profile: BMS 6–7 is a level that provides the perfect balance:

  • distinct juiciness and tenderness,
  • fat that melts during frying but does not dominate,
  • flavor with notes of:
    • butter,
    • nuts,
    • light sweetness,
    • deep umami.

This is Wagyu that you can eat as a classic steak, not just a tasting piece!
