Tiptree Quite Hot Tomato Ketchup is made with generous amounts of ripe tomatoes—185g of tomatoes go into every 100g of finished ketchup. This concentrated tomato flavor forms the foundation for hints of chilli, cinnamon, cloves, and carefully selected spices.
This is not a mild condiment. True to its “Quite Hot” name, it delivers a distinctive, warming kick without losing its essential tomato character. It’s perfect for cheddar burgers, pulled beef, grilled sausages, fries, and chilli con carne. A small amount also works beautifully in beef stews or meat sauces, adding depth and a spicy finish.
For a quick burger sauce, combine one part ketchup with two parts quality mayonnaise. You’ll get a creamy, spicy condiment that perfectly balances the richness of beef and cheese.
